Return Policy

  • We have a Free 30-day return policy for eligible items.
  • However, in instances where customers express buyer's regret, where they have purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item, they are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping within the 30 days window.
  • Please inspect your fireplace unit immediately upon receipt for shipping damages such as breakage of product and notify LedHomeDecors immediately.
  • If there is damage to your item(s) please send photos within 14 days to service@ledhomedecors.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
  • Please contact and notify us of your intent to return the fireplace, and initiate the return process within 14 days of delivery for any damage or return.
  • If the insurance claim is approved, the product will be fully replaced without cost to the customer. If denied, LedHomeDecors will work with the customer to find a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, store credit, or alternative return options.
  • Customers have 30 days from delivery date to return all products for any reason.
  • You must contact LedHomeDecors for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by calling our Customer Service at 929-322-4938, or send email to service@ledhomedecors.com.
  • Returns without an RA# or exceeding the 30-day timeframe will not be accepted, and a refund may not be issued
  • An email with the return mailing address, and returning process detailed instruction will be forwarded to you. The return address will be provided within the RA# email to be placed on the package for return.
  • Securely pack your fireplace unit in its original box and foams (mandatory), and clearly mark the box with your RA# for prompt processing.
  • Returns without an RA# may not be accepted.
  • The package must be delivered to the same shipping company that delivered it for safe return to the warehouse.
  • There is no restocking fee for fireplaces returned in original packaging in sellable condition.
  • We offer free return shipping on all damage products. Customers
  • are not responsibility for return shipping charges reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need to provide us the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number (RA#) return shipping label, as well as specific instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • If your request is denied, LedHomeDecors will work with the customer to find a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, store credit, or alternative return options depending on the situation.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization number (RA) will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues

  • We encourage customers to please inspect your order upon reception. 

  • For eligible items, you have 14 days from date of delivery within which to initiate a return.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
  • All damage products are returned free of cost to all customers.
  • Exceptions / non-returnable items
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 5-7 business days.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY SUPPLIER, ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.
