Return Policy

At LedHomeDecors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items, starting from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery via email at service@ledhomedecors.com or by phone at 1-929-322-4938. Please clearly state the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization (RA) Number: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address, via email. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack your fireplace unit in its original packaging, including all protective materials. Clearly mark the package with your RA number.
  4. Shipping: For damaged or defective items, we provide free return shipping. For returns due to buyer's remorse (e.g., wrong product purchased, doesn't fit, no longer wanted), you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. We recommend using the original shipping carrier for safe return to the warehouse.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and no later than 14 days after delivery, with photos of the damage. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and, if approved, replace the product at no cost to you. If the claim is denied, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, store credit, or alternative return options.

Buyer's Remorse Returns:

If you are returning an item due to buyer's remorse, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in sellable condition. A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Restocking Fees:

There are no restocking fees for fireplaces returned in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
